HOW DOES THE DELIVERANCE HAPPEN?
Product that has ordered will be delivered to the shipping company within at most 3 business days with its invoice. The product will be delivered in 24 or 48 hours with Yurtiçi Kargo K depending on the regional differences. If the user cannot be found at the location he/she specified in the site while Yurtiçi Kargo is delivering the product, a visit note is left to the user by the shipping company staff. When the user does not contact the shipping company within 3 days after the note is left, the product is returned back to the sender. However, even in this situation, the user is refunded as the shipping cost that was taken from his/her credit card.
After the product is received by the user, it is accepted that the shipping company made the deliverance without any problems. Therefore, you need to take a report and not accept the products that are defective. Afterwards, this situation must be informed to the sender by sending the information to contact@timeart.com or 0 212 243 17 21 (fax). The company will re-provide the product and deliver it as soon as possible.
HOW DOES THE RETURN HAPPEN?
The rules of Law 4077 Consumer Law are applied for product return.
The user has the right of withdraw the product subject to the contract within seven (7) days after it is delivered to himself/herself or to the person/corporation address of which was given. To use the right of withdrawal, Quantum Watches Online Store must be informed by fax, e-mail or phone and the product must not be used within the scope of the rules of the related law. When this right is used, it is obliged to return a copy of the shipping deliverance report related to the shipping of the product that was delivered to the third party or user, to Quantum Watches Online Store and original invoice.
The product price will be returned back to the user within 7 days after these documents are received. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and, if available, other legal liabilities cannot returned. Shipping cost of the returned product due to withdrawal of the user is paid by the user.
Using the right of withdrawal in all kinds of products depends on the product’s packaging to be not opened, not corrupted and the product to be not used. Moreover, no damages must be present on the product and it must be re-sellable.
Consumer is obliged to compensate the loss in commodity’s commercial worth due to its usage, if using it is mentionable.
Moreover, the user cannot use the right of withdrawal for the commodities which have produced by customer’s private demands or have customized by modifying it or adding new features on it.
