düzenlenen TRKGM-95/116-117 Sayýlý Teblið uyarýnca T.C. Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlýðý,
Tüketicinin ve Rekabetin Korunmasý Genel Müdürlüðü tarafýndan izin verilmiþtir.

Utilisation of this Warranty Certificate has been permitted by The Republic of Turkey,
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce, The General Administration of Protection
of Consumer Right and Competition, in accordance with the law numbered 4077, and
the decree numbered TRKGM-95/116-117 based on this law.
Garanti Kapsamýna Girmeyen Haller
1. Çarpma sonucu kýrýlan camlar.
2. Her çeþit poliuretan, plastik ve deri kayýþ.
3. Kullanýmdan dolayý, saatin dýþ yüzeyinde oluþacak çizikler.
4. Saatin kurcalanmasý ve ehil olmayan kiþilerce açýlmasý durumunda meydana gelecek
arýzalar.
5. Deðiþtirilmiþ veya tahrif edilmiþ garanti belgeleri.
This Warranty Does Not Cover
1. Glasses broken due to a crash.
2. All kinds of polyurethane, plastic and leather straps.
3. Streaks on the external surface of the watch resulting from use.
4. Defects resulting from servicing or opening by unauthorised persons.
5. Changed or falsified warranty certificate.
Garanti Þartlarý
1. Garanti süresi malýn teslim tarihinden itibaren baþlar ve iki yýldýr.
2. Malýn bütün parçalarý dahil olmak üzere tamamý firmamýzýn garanti kapsamýndadýr.
3. Malýn garanti süresi içerisinde arýzalanmasý durumunda tamirde geçen süre garanti
süresine eklenir. Malýn tamir süresi en fazla 30 iþ günüdür. Bu süre malýn servis
istasyonuna, servis istasyonunun olmamasý durumunda sýrasýyla malýn satýcýsý, bayii,
acentesi, temsilciliði, ithalatçýsý veya imalatçýsýndan birine teslim edildiði tarihten
itibaren baþlar.
4. Malýn garanti süresi içerisinde gerek malzeme ve iþçilik, gerekse montaj hatalarýndan
dolayý arýzalanmasý halinde iþçilik masrafý, deðiþtirilen parça bedeli ya da baþka
herhangi bir ad altýnda hiçbir ücret talep etmeksizin tamiri yapýlacaktýr.
5. Malýn
o Teslim tarihinden itibaren garanti süresi içinde kalmak kaydýyla
bir yýl içerisinde ayný arýzayý ikiden fazla tekrarlamasý veya farklý arýzalarýn
dörtten fazla ortaya çýkmasý sonucu maldan yararlanamamanýn süreklilik kazanmasý.
o Tamir için gereken azami sürenin aþýlmasý.
o Servis istasyonunun mevcut olmamasý halinde, sýrasýyla satýcýsý,
bayii, acentesi, temsilciliði, ithalatçýsý veya imalatçýsýndan birisinin düzenleyeceði
raporla arýzanýn tamirinin mümkün bulunmadýðýnýn belirlenmesi durumundai ücretsiz
olarak deðiþtirme iþlemi yapýlacaktýr.
6. Malýn kullanma kýlavuzunda yer alan hususlara aykýrý kullanýlmasýndan kaynaklanan
arýzalar, garanti kapsamý dýþýndadýr.
7. Garanti belgesiyle ilgili olarak çýkabilecek sorunlar için Sanayi ve Ticaret
Bakanlýðý Tüketicinin ve Rekabetin Korunmasý Genel Müdürlüðü'ne baþvurulabilir.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.
2. The product including all its components is under the warranty of our company.
3. In case of defects within the warranty period, the period spent in repairing
is added to the warranty period. The repairing period is maximum 30 days. This period
starts from the date of delivery of the product to the services centres or to the
seller, the agency the representative, the importer or the manufacturer of the product
respectively, in case there are service centres.
4. In case the product has material, workmanship and manufacturing defects, the
product will be repaired free of charge and expenses of any sort including labor,
the value of the parts replaced or any our charges.
5. The product will be replaced free of charge,
o If the product permanently disfunctions, due to repeating
the same defect for more than twice or different more than four times within the
warranty period.
o If the maximum period for repairing is exceeded.
o If it is determined that the defect cannot be removed by
report written by the service centre, or in the absence of service centres, by the
seller, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer, of the product respectively.
6. The present warranty does not cover damages resulting from importer handling
by deviating from the instructions in the manuel.
7. General Administration of protection of Consumer Rights and competition in the
Ministry of Industry and Commorce, may be applied for Problems concerning the warranty
certificate.
