Bu Garanti Belgesi'nin kullanılmasına 4077 Sayılı Kanun ve bu kanuna dayanılarak
düzenlenen TRKGM-95/116-117 Sayılı Tebliğ uyarınca T.C. Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığı,
Tüketicinin ve Rekabetin Korunması Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından izin verilmiştir.

Utilisation of this Warranty Certificate has been permitted by The Republic of Turkey,
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce, The General Administration of Protection
of Consumer Right and Competition, in accordance with the law numbered 4077, and
the decree numbered TRKGM-95/116-117 based on this law.
Garanti Kapsamına Girmeyen Haller
1. Çarpma sonucu kırılan camlar.
2. Her çeşit poliuretan, plastik ve deri kayış.
3. Kullanımdan dolayı, saatin dış yüzeyinde oluşacak çizikler.
4. Saatin kurcalanması ve ehil olmayan kişilerce açılması durumunda meydana gelecek
arızalar.
5. Değiştirilmiş veya tahrif edilmiş garanti belgeleri.
This Warranty Does Not Cover
1. Glasses broken due to a crash.
2. All kinds of polyurethane, plastic and leather straps.
3. Streaks on the external surface of the watch resulting from use.
4. Defects resulting from servicing or opening by unauthorised persons.
5. Changed or falsified warranty certificate.
Garanti şartları
1. Garanti süresi malın teslim tarihinden itibaren başlar ve iki yıldır.
2. Malın bütün parçaları dahil olmak üzere tamamı firmamızın garanti kapsamındadır.
3. Malın garanti süresi içerisinde arızalanması durumunda tamirde geçen süre garanti
süresine eklenir. Malın tamir süresi en fazla 30 iş günüdür. Bu süre malın servis
istasyonuna, servis istasyonunun olmaması durumunda sırasıyla malın satıcısı, bayii,
acentesi, temsilciliği, ithalatçısı veya imalatçısından birine teslim edildiği tarihten
itibaren başlar.
4. Malın garanti süresi içerisinde gerek malzeme ve işçilik, gerekse montaj hatalarından
dolayı arızalanması halinde işçilik masrafı, değiştirilen parça bedeli ya da başka
herhangi bir ad altında hiçbir ücret talep etmeksizin tamiri yapılacaktır.
5. Malın
o Teslim tarihinden itibaren garanti süresi içinde kalmak kaydıyla
bir yıl içerisinde aynı arızayı ikiden fazla tekrarlaması veya farklı arızaların
dörtten fazla ortaya çıkması sonucu maldan yararlanamamanın süreklilik kazanması.
o Tamir için gereken azami sürenin aşılması.
o Servis istasyonunun mevcut olmaması halinde, sırasıyla satıcısı,
bayii, acentesi, temsilciliği, ithalatçısı veya imalatçısından birisinin düzenleyeceği
raporla arızanın tamirinin mümkün bulunmadığının belirlenmesi durumundai ücretsiz
olarak değiştirme işlemi yapılacaktır.
6. Malın kullanma kılavuzunda yer alan hususlara aykırı kullanılmasından kaynaklanan
arızalar, garanti kapsamı dışındadır.
7. Garanti belgesiyle ilgili olarak çıkabilecek sorunlar için Sanayi ve Ticaret
Bakanlığı Tüketicinin ve Rekabetin Korunması Genel Müdürlüğü'ne başvurulabilir.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.
2. The product including all its components is under the warranty of our company.
3. In case of defects within the warranty period, the period spent in repairing
is added to the warranty period. The repairing period is maximum 30 days. This period
starts from the date of delivery of the product to the services centres or to the
seller, the agency the representative, the importer or the manufacturer of the product
respectively, in case there are service centres.
4. In case the product has material, workmanship and manufacturing defects, the
product will be repaired free of charge and expenses of any sort including labor,
the value of the parts replaced or any our charges.
5. The product will be replaced free of charge,
o If the product permanently disfunctions, due to repeating
the same defect for more than twice or different more than four times within the
warranty period.
o If the maximum period for repairing is exceeded.
o If it is determined that the defect cannot be removed by
report written by the service centre, or in the absence of service centres, by the
seller, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer, of the product respectively.
6. The present warranty does not cover damages resulting from importer handling
by deviating from the instructions in the manuel.
7. General Administration of protection of Consumer Rights and competition in the
Ministry of Industry and Commorce, may be applied for Problems concerning the warranty
certificate.
